A cryptogram

My brother said he likes these puzzles. I used to do them everyday back when I didn't have internet and got a newspaper.

They take a few minutes to do, but really aren't that hard.

Each letter in the cryptogram represents a letter in the english language. By deciphering what crypto letters stand for what regular letters you can figure out the quote or message.

I will give a clue tomorrow if no one gets it.
