Do dogs go to Heaven?

These 2 churches are across the street from each other.
How is it that they can believe in the same God, yet have such different ideas and such animosity to those who don't agree with them?
Oh well, it's funny anyway.

So, if I'm married in the temple, will any dog I adopt be brought into the covenant and be sealed to my family?

I actually think so.

What could heaven be heaven without Princess, Toby and Sam?

Hello! nothing can be heaven without them. Really interesting post. I admire you for this and I also see you love reading but have you ever read or seen the master and margarita? I would like to return here?

btw: see you soon

I expect to see Shadow and maybe Babe also.

On a deeper note, I think dogs have to fulfill the purpose of their existence, much like we have to. That being said I don't know how the atonement applies to dogs. I'll let that be one of the mysteries that I really do not need to understand and I'll continue to work on personal improvement.

When our gold fish died, we told the kids that Heavenly Father loves them too. But I think the point is to be the best I can be, and let it all work out in heaven when I get there.

PS. thanks for the laugh.

I would be sad if I did not get to see all my little loves in heaven. I love your blog and will definitely be back to visit.

Red Eyes-
Thanks for stopping by!
I saw you posted about that book on your blog and I will definitely have to look into it.
You are welcome back any time.
Mike-
I heard a story about a little boy who had to have his dog put down. He calmly explained to the vet that God sent all of us to earth to learn to love others. Dogs learn how to do it faster than the rest of us so they don't have to stay as long.
But like you, I accept it as a mystery that I don't need to fully understand in order to know God's gospel is true and he loves me.
Lille-
Yes, and I agree.

Glad you liked the blog. I hope you stop back by again.
And like you said, Heaven couldn't be all it's cracked up to be if our little loves aren't there too.
