Puzzle

A history test had three questions on presidents of the United States.
Here are the answers of six students:
1. Polk, Polk, Taylor.
2. Taylor, Taylor, Polk.
3. Fillmore, Fillmore, Polk.
4. Taylor, Polk, Fillmore.
5. Fillmore, Taylor, Taylor.
6. Taylor, Fillmore, Fillmore.
Every student answered at least one question correctly.
What are the correct answers?
.
This one took me a few minutes, but I figured it out.
You can too.

Here is a hint.
Not all three names are in the answer. One is in it more than once.

Is this how you get people to stay on your blog longer? LOL. Okay I have the right answers but.... I dont know the order? How am I supposed to figure that out?

Do it by order of elimination.
Pick one name as the first answer.
For example, Polk.
Then figure if the answers are Polk, Taylor and Fillmore would every student have at least one answer right?
No? Okay, now try Polk, Fillmore and Taylor. Would every student have at least one answer right?
No? Then you know that the first answer is not Polk.
If you think you have the right answers but don't know the order, try different orders and see if each student would have at least one answer right with each order.
Good luck.
