You can see the bib number got a bit abused during the race. Sooner or later I will probably lose track of that. But the medal I will hang on to for a long time.
Hopefully I will soon be adding others to the collection.

In answer to some of my dad's questions from his comment under the last post:
The blister actually got it's start during my 11 mile practice run last Monday. It was pretty big then, but not this big.It popped that day and I have been putting Band-aid brand blister cushions on it.
These are awesome. I don't know if I could have run without them.
But the blister got bigger anyway.
I actually went out and ran 2 1/2 miles this morning to burn out the lactic acid in my muscles to help them heal from the race.
I'll take a day off tomorrow.
The blister popped during todays run. Yes, Dad. I'll be sure to keep it clean.
