Call me cranky, but I don't believe in making New Years Resolutions.
I do believe in making goals and working to achieve them. And perhaps the beginning of a new year is a good time to do that because it gives you a good timeline to reach your goal by. But I don't believe New Years Resolutions work.
My theory is that if you have a goal that you want to achieve and you are motivated to work toward it, it doesn't matter what time of year it is. On the other hand, if you are not committed to making a change it doesn't matter if it's a new year or a new decade.
But I wish all of you success in your goals, for the new year or otherwise.
