This picture shows how dreary the day was, but is kind of a cool picture.
On Friday our activities included:
-Walking around downtown getting very wet.
-Visiting the Holocaust Museum, (Very cool but incredibly sad).
-Eating hot dogs at the spy cafe (I had a Havana Dog, Chris had a Langley Dog).
-Visiting the spy museum, (did you know secret operatives often keep syanide capsules in the earpieces of their glasses so if they are being questioned they can chew on their glasses and commit suicide rather than be tortured?)
-Saw a movie (It was so bad I'm ebarrassed to say the name. We were trying to kill time before the game. It was that or Hannah Montana).
-Went to the Jazz game.
-Rode the Metro several times.
-Shopped at Potomac Mills, One of the biggest malls in the country. (Nike Outlet, uh oh!)
-Took a power nap back at the room.
-Went to a Mystery Dinner Theatre, (fun, but still kinda lame. Maybe they're not all that bad).
-Went to D.C. Improv, (laughing is always fun, but the opener was better than the headliner).
-Took cabs into downtown instead of the Metro. (I was wearing 4 inch heels. Escalators were out).
We also stopped in Richmond on the way up and saw some friends.
All together it was a great trip.
The best part: spending time with just Chris.
